Top 5 List to Reach for Your Highest Vibration

At this time of year it is especially important for you to reach for your highest vibration.  Why so?  Doesn't everybody feel better during the holidays?  Well, I'll let you think about that for a moment.  Yes, it can be a great time, when you get to see friends and family and exchange gifts and eat lots of food and drink and be merry.  But it is also a time of stress for many of you.  What presents to buy?  How much can I afford? Will I argue with my Dad/Mom/Brother/Sister/Spouse/Kids/Whoever at Christmas dinner this year?  Who will I spend it with?  Can I get through the holidays without that someone special that I've lost?  This is a time of year that is very stressful.  For that reason, I'd like you to take some time for yourself and make sure that you are allowing all the goodness the Universe has stored up for you, into your life.  Here's my top 5 list of recommendations:

1.Meditate  Lots of people make fun of others who meditate, but if you ask the most successful people in the world, most of them meditate.  What does this do for you?  First and foremost, it calms you.  It slows things down for you.  Brings your heartbeat back to a healthy speed.  It allows all the good flowing to you in.  It centres you and helps you hear that tiny voice inside of you that's just bursting at the seams to be heard.  That tiny voice is very wise!  Listen to it.



2. Visualize. This can be done as part of your meditation process.  While you've found some quiet time for yourself (and find it, you must!  Make the time.) start to visualize how you'd like the holidays, or indeed your whole life to be.  Spend some time picturing your ideal version of Who You Are. You'll know you've figured out Who You Are by the way it makes you feel. (Hint: Happy, Joyful, Glorious, Wonderful etc)

3. Laugh. For some people this is easier than others.  Some have figured out that to laugh at a situation is a much healthier option than to feel sorry for yourself.  There is humour everywhere, but sometimes you have to dig for it.  So dig for it!  Don't take yourself so seriously! Nobody wins if you insist on being grumpy.

      

4. Exercise.  But not for the reason you may think.  Yes, it's good for your body, but it's also good for your soul.  Ever think that you should go for a run, then decide against it and instead reach for a piece of cake instead?  How does that make you feel? Guilty, right?  Useless emotion!  So do something that will make you feel good about yourself.  Most of you really hate the idea of exercise, but when you do it, you feel good about yourself, right? Feeling good about yourself is extremely important in allowing other good things into your life.  Do yourself a favour.  Feel good about yourself.



5. Share.  Be the light that illuminates a room when you enter it.  Lift others' vibrations by setting an example for them.  Be their inspiration.  Nothing is as contagious as laughter.  Everyone warms to a smiling person.  Do a silly dance, tell a joke, give someone a hug.

I wish you all Happiness, all the time, wherever you are, whoever you are.  Remember, you are Blessed, and deserve the Best.

Using The Law of Attraction For You

You must understand that all things that happen to you are called forth by you.  There is no exception to this.  Every single event that has happened to you, has happened because of you. That is a very hard pill for you to swallow, I know.  Especially those events that cause pain and sorrow.  Why on earth would you call them forth?  The answer is that you don't even know you are doing it.  The answer is that you do not spend enough time monitoring your thoughts.  You do not evaluate the usefulness of each and every thought you have.  As a result, you sometimes consider the worst case scenario.  You sometimes let your fears overwhelm you. You sometimes think the worst of someone.  You often think the worst of yourself.  This is the greatest cause of sadness in the Universe.  For to think lowly of yourself is to go against your very nature.  It is unnatural, and yet, to many of you, it feels like the most natural thing in the world.  You are taught at such a young age to not brag, boast or be arrogant.  But you are often not taught the difference between being those things, and being joyful, grateful and proud of who you are. 

You can be all of those things, with a little help.  You can learn that you are a beautiful, unique individual, and that you do not have to hurt others in order to elevate yourself.  In fact, you cannot hurt others and elevate yourself at the same time.  It is impossible.  You elevate yourself and your vibrations by lifting others up, not tearing them down. So the next time someone angers you, think not "I knew that would happen!" Instead think "What I'd like to happen is that this person treat me with respect and dignity" Focus on that.  Imagine that person treating you so.  Imagine you treating them with respect and dignity.  Imagine the world as you want it, not as you already know it.  You have the power to change it. The Law of Attraction is always working!  You can use it to change your circumstances.  Steer it in the right direction and your life will soar.

Abundance, Happiness & Gratitude - The Top 3

Abundance. Happiness. Gratitude.  Those are the 3 big ones.  They are the three big emotions that will best serve you during this lifetime.  To feel Abundant is to know that "all good things" flow to you.  Knowing that "all good things" flow to you, causes "all good things" to flow to you. To feel Happy is to tell the Universe that "I expect Happiness." To expect Happiness causes it to appear.  To feel Gratitude is to say "I have it all"  Feeling this feeling of "having it all" sends a vibration out to the Universe, and the Universe responds by giving you all.  That's it. 

Top three emotions: Abundance, Happiness and Gratitude.  Make sure you take time today to feel all three.  Do it with purpose.  Do it with a goal.  Do it to direct the Abundance, Happiness and Gratitude vibrations that are out there, straight to you.  Funnel them in.  Think of that which makes you feel Abundant.  Think of that which makes you feel Happy.  Think of that which makes you feel Grateful. Remember, the Law of Attraction gives  you that which you think of.  Like attracts like.  Feel Abundant, Happy and Grateful.  You will be Abundant, Happy and Grateful. How great is that?

Law of Attraction: Let Abundance Flow to You through Happiness

Abundance flows to you constantly.  The Universe is always responding to your thoughts on Abundance. It's there, waiting for you.  You just have to let it in.  I know you think it's hard, but it doesn't have to be.  Here's how you let Abundance into your life.  Be conscious of the thoughts you are thinking.  Eliminate negative thoughts.  You do this by not allowing yourself to go there!  As soon as a negative thoughts pops into your head, get rid of it.  Do not dwell on it.  Do not focus on it.  Do not create dramas around it.  Do not imagine it coming to life. 

You want to be happy, right?  So get yourself out of that headspace.  You've all done it before.  Get distracted.  Watch a funny movie.  Call a friend who makes you laugh.  Read a light-hearted book. Put some music on and dance like no ones watching. Exercise. Imagine yourself happy.  Picture yourself  laughing.  Smile for heavens sake!  All these things work.  They can all put you in a better mood. You know this is true, because you've done it before.  The only thing now is to do it consistently.  Do you like being unhappy?  Of course not!  Abundance will only flow to you when you are happy.  Think of something happy!
