Top 5 List to Reach for Your Highest Vibration

At this time of year it is especially important for you to reach for your highest vibration.  Why so?  Doesn't everybody feel better during the holidays?  Well, I'll let you think about that for a moment.  Yes, it can be a great time, when you get to see friends and family and exchange gifts and eat lots of food and drink and be merry.  But it is also a time of stress for many of you.  What presents to buy?  How much can I afford? Will I argue with my Dad/Mom/Brother/Sister/Spouse/Kids/Whoever at Christmas dinner this year?  Who will I spend it with?  Can I get through the holidays without that someone special that I've lost?  This is a time of year that is very stressful.  For that reason, I'd like you to take some time for yourself and make sure that you are allowing all the goodness the Universe has stored up for you, into your life.  Here's my top 5 list of recommendations:

1.Meditate  Lots of people make fun of others who meditate, but if you ask the most successful people in the world, most of them meditate.  What does this do for you?  First and foremost, it calms you.  It slows things down for you.  Brings your heartbeat back to a healthy speed.  It allows all the good flowing to you in.  It centres you and helps you hear that tiny voice inside of you that's just bursting at the seams to be heard.  That tiny voice is very wise!  Listen to it.



2. Visualize. This can be done as part of your meditation process.  While you've found some quiet time for yourself (and find it, you must!  Make the time.) start to visualize how you'd like the holidays, or indeed your whole life to be.  Spend some time picturing your ideal version of Who You Are. You'll know you've figured out Who You Are by the way it makes you feel. (Hint: Happy, Joyful, Glorious, Wonderful etc)

3. Laugh. For some people this is easier than others.  Some have figured out that to laugh at a situation is a much healthier option than to feel sorry for yourself.  There is humour everywhere, but sometimes you have to dig for it.  So dig for it!  Don't take yourself so seriously! Nobody wins if you insist on being grumpy.

      

4. Exercise.  But not for the reason you may think.  Yes, it's good for your body, but it's also good for your soul.  Ever think that you should go for a run, then decide against it and instead reach for a piece of cake instead?  How does that make you feel? Guilty, right?  Useless emotion!  So do something that will make you feel good about yourself.  Most of you really hate the idea of exercise, but when you do it, you feel good about yourself, right? Feeling good about yourself is extremely important in allowing other good things into your life.  Do yourself a favour.  Feel good about yourself.



5. Share.  Be the light that illuminates a room when you enter it.  Lift others' vibrations by setting an example for them.  Be their inspiration.  Nothing is as contagious as laughter.  Everyone warms to a smiling person.  Do a silly dance, tell a joke, give someone a hug.

I wish you all Happiness, all the time, wherever you are, whoever you are.  Remember, you are Blessed, and deserve the Best.

Using The Law of Attraction For You

You must understand that all things that happen to you are called forth by you.  There is no exception to this.  Every single event that has happened to you, has happened because of you. That is a very hard pill for you to swallow, I know.  Especially those events that cause pain and sorrow.  Why on earth would you call them forth?  The answer is that you don't even know you are doing it.  The answer is that you do not spend enough time monitoring your thoughts.  You do not evaluate the usefulness of each and every thought you have.  As a result, you sometimes consider the worst case scenario.  You sometimes let your fears overwhelm you. You sometimes think the worst of someone.  You often think the worst of yourself.  This is the greatest cause of sadness in the Universe.  For to think lowly of yourself is to go against your very nature.  It is unnatural, and yet, to many of you, it feels like the most natural thing in the world.  You are taught at such a young age to not brag, boast or be arrogant.  But you are often not taught the difference between being those things, and being joyful, grateful and proud of who you are. 

You can be all of those things, with a little help.  You can learn that you are a beautiful, unique individual, and that you do not have to hurt others in order to elevate yourself.  In fact, you cannot hurt others and elevate yourself at the same time.  It is impossible.  You elevate yourself and your vibrations by lifting others up, not tearing them down. So the next time someone angers you, think not "I knew that would happen!" Instead think "What I'd like to happen is that this person treat me with respect and dignity" Focus on that.  Imagine that person treating you so.  Imagine you treating them with respect and dignity.  Imagine the world as you want it, not as you already know it.  You have the power to change it. The Law of Attraction is always working!  You can use it to change your circumstances.  Steer it in the right direction and your life will soar.

Abundance, Happiness & Gratitude - The Top 3

Abundance. Happiness. Gratitude.  Those are the 3 big ones.  They are the three big emotions that will best serve you during this lifetime.  To feel Abundant is to know that "all good things" flow to you.  Knowing that "all good things" flow to you, causes "all good things" to flow to you. To feel Happy is to tell the Universe that "I expect Happiness." To expect Happiness causes it to appear.  To feel Gratitude is to say "I have it all"  Feeling this feeling of "having it all" sends a vibration out to the Universe, and the Universe responds by giving you all.  That's it. 

Top three emotions: Abundance, Happiness and Gratitude.  Make sure you take time today to feel all three.  Do it with purpose.  Do it with a goal.  Do it to direct the Abundance, Happiness and Gratitude vibrations that are out there, straight to you.  Funnel them in.  Think of that which makes you feel Abundant.  Think of that which makes you feel Happy.  Think of that which makes you feel Grateful. Remember, the Law of Attraction gives  you that which you think of.  Like attracts like.  Feel Abundant, Happy and Grateful.  You will be Abundant, Happy and Grateful. How great is that?

Law of Attraction: Let Abundance Flow to You through Happiness

Abundance flows to you constantly.  The Universe is always responding to your thoughts on Abundance. It's there, waiting for you.  You just have to let it in.  I know you think it's hard, but it doesn't have to be.  Here's how you let Abundance into your life.  Be conscious of the thoughts you are thinking.  Eliminate negative thoughts.  You do this by not allowing yourself to go there!  As soon as a negative thoughts pops into your head, get rid of it.  Do not dwell on it.  Do not focus on it.  Do not create dramas around it.  Do not imagine it coming to life. 

You want to be happy, right?  So get yourself out of that headspace.  You've all done it before.  Get distracted.  Watch a funny movie.  Call a friend who makes you laugh.  Read a light-hearted book. Put some music on and dance like no ones watching. Exercise. Imagine yourself happy.  Picture yourself  laughing.  Smile for heavens sake!  All these things work.  They can all put you in a better mood. You know this is true, because you've done it before.  The only thing now is to do it consistently.  Do you like being unhappy?  Of course not!  Abundance will only flow to you when you are happy.  Think of something happy!

Soul Steering

You can be as happy as you choose.  Only you can decide your happiness level.  No one can take it away from you.  Stop blaming others for your miseries.  It's not their fault.  The more you blame others, the further from happiness you become.  Look inside.  See the choices that You have made. Take responsibility.  You are in the driver's seat.  Steer your soul in the right direction.  It knows the way already, but it follows your lead.  Drive yourself towards happiness.  Don't be a wave crashing helplessly upon the sand.  Be the wind.  Choose to think thoughts of happiness.  Whatever makes you happy, it doesn't matter.  Everyone is different.  Love your toenails? Great.  Think about them.  Do it, and for goodness sake, be happy.

Contacting Your Higher Being Through Meditation

The best way to get in touch with your higher being is through meditation.  If you've never tried it before it's very easy to do, but does take some practice to get it right.  The hardest part for most people is clearing your mind and thinking of nothing.  Our minds are constantly active these days, always buzzing with new thoughts or information.  We're a little obsessed with always being in touch with technology and each other. 

Meditation gets you away from all that and reduces things down into their simplest form.  It relaxes and de-stresses you.  It also invites your higher being in.  Start by closing your eyes.  Now inhale deeply. Hold it a few seconds.  Now exhale slowly.  Repeat a few times.  Start counting your slow breaths..in and out, one, in and out, two, in and out, three...and so on.  Keep counting until you reach 50.  You've now meditated for 15 minutes.  That's great!  Keep up with it every day.  Find a time that suits you best.  First thing in the morning is best for most, but find what's right for you.  If you're not very successful at clearing you mind of all thoughts at first, do not worry about it.  You'll get better.  You need to build up your mind muscles!  Don't give up.  You'll feel more relaxed, happy and in tune with your higher self.

Happiness is Your Birthright

If you think that you don't deserve to be happy then you never will.  However, if you think that Happiness is your birthright, as it is, then you will be happy.  Happiness comes from knowing that life was meant to be joyful, loving, fun, exciting, serene, calm and peaceful.  Happiness comes to those who call it forth, to those who choose it.  Are you choosing Happiness for yourself? If not, then I have to ask, why on earth or heaven or anywhere else in this grand universe, not? You were born to be happy.  You were not born to struggle or to hate or to hurt.  Take a few moments as you read this.  Find your Happiness.  Dwell on that which puts a smile on a face.  Find something.  Anything.  Now think about it.  And smile.  You deserve it.

Positive Affirmations

If you want to see positive changes in your life, then call them forth.  An easy way to do this is by using positive affirmations when you meditate.  Try this.

Sit comfortably, where you will not be disturbed.  Close your eyes.  Take a deep breath. After every inhale, and while you're exhaling, say to yourself one of the following:

I am attracting my happiness
I am abundant
I am allowing all good things into my life
I am doing my very best
I am happy
I am giving
I am great
I am joyous
I am successful
I am dynamic
I am radiant

Count your breaths until you reach 100.  You will then have said one of these affirmations 100 times.  Do it again tomorrow.  Keep doing it every day.  Pick an affirmation that suits you.  Pick one that feels right.  These are just examples.  You can use one of them or use your own.  Watch the changes unfold, and as always, be happy.

Imagine Your Dream

Your imagination is the best tool in your toolbox.  It is what gives you a preview of things to come.  So many people imagine the worst.  That's no good to you at all.  For once, imagine the best possible outcome!  Imagine yourself getting that job, winning that game,  living your dream, travelling to those exotic places.  See it in your mind.  Over and over again.  See it so often that you believe it.  Then it will appear.  Pack your bags and get on that plane.

Think Your Dreams Into Being

The only way to have your dreams come true is to think about them, constantly.  Be addicted to thinking about your goals and dreams.  Be really, really greedy about spending time doing this.  You get to do this.  This is allowed.  How else do you expect those dreams to be fulfilled?  This is the work you have to put in.  This is your job.  Think and think and think and think about what you want.  Believe it in and think about how you believe in it.  Be obsessive about it.  Spend time alone so that you can devote yourself to this. Your dreams are as close to fruition as you allow them to be.  Your thoughts are the only thing stopping them from coming true.  Now that you know that you are the only possible obstacle to your dreams coming true, are you going to get out of your way?

Share Your Joy

Call out to HAPPINESS

If you really want to be happy then do this: think HAPPINESS.  Literally think the word HAPPINESS.  Say it to yourself.  Then, say it out loud.  Call it forth.  It will hear you.  It will respond to you.  When someone calls out your name, do you not respond?  HAPPINESS is out there as a part of the universe.  It has very good ears.  Call it and invite it in. It wants to share your life with you.  It will bring you all that you desire.  Call it, now.

Your First Instinct

All you have to do today is think one happy thought and hold that thought for a few minutes.  Go on, give it a try.  Daydream for a few minutes.  Think of something that puts a smile on your face. Think of something that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  Think of a memory or a time in your life when you were blissfully happy.  We all have those moments.  Dig for it.  Remember it and feel it again.  Dwell on it for a few minutes. Do the same thing tomorrow except spend a little more time doing it.  Build up every day the amount of time you spend doing this.  Little by little it will become second nature.  That's a bit funny, actually, because it's your first instinct to do this!  You had it before you were born, and you knew it.  Now it's your job to remember it.

Invite Your Guide In

My guide is an entity inside of my soul.  It is an understanding that all is well with the universe.  It tells me that I am one with the universe.  My guide helps me connect to the universe and thinks happy thoughts about me.  Connect with your guide and you will find a wonderful friendship.  Your guide is there, you already know that if you're here.  Your guide is waiting for you to connect with it.  Just find time to meditate, and breathe deeply.  Invite your guide to announce itself.  Invite your guide into your experience.  Do not be afraid.  Your guide loves you.  Your guide wants all happiness for you.  Your guide is your source for inspiration.  Your guide knows who you are and will tell you when you are straying from your true self.  Your negative emotions are the tools your guide uses.  Listen to them.  Pay attention to them.  When you're feeling negative then know, in that moment, it is your guide telling you that you are not in tune with who you really are.  Feel positive.  Feel healthy.  Feel rich.  Feel glorious.  That is your true self.  Doesn't that make you feel happy?

Enjoy The Ride

The way to HAPPINESS is this.  Close your eyes.  Breathe deeply.  Slowly. Start counting.  Take your mind off all that occupies it.  Zone out.  Breathe.  Count.  Feel a little bit dizzy.  Let your arms or hands or fingers or head move if they want to.  That's your Inner Source saying "Hello, I'm here."  Feel it.  Feel the presence.  Let it in, don't be afraid.  Your Source loves you.  Your Source is trying to connect with you.  Your Source wants you to be happy. Your Source is your connection to the Universe.  The Universe is bringing you all that you desire.  Doesn't that make you happy?  Isn't that a happy thought?  That you are loved, and that all you desire is being brought to you, and that all that is required of you is be happy?  See how that made a nice little circle?  Source is your connection to the universe which loves you and brings you all that you desire, which is a thought that brings you happiness, which is exactly what you need to feel to let in all your desires, which makes Source even happier and your connection even stronger.  This could (and does!) go on forever.  Enjoy the ride.  Be happy.

Dwell on Positives

The way you feel is as important as what you think about.  Your emotions will take you to many happy places if you let them.  You thoughts will transport those emotions and make sure they get you to your destination.  Search for thoughts that make you happy.  Just do it.  Take the time to spend on yourself.  Are you not worth it?  Answer your own questions and quiet your mind.  All the answers are there, if you listen for them.  Quite a lot of time is spent dwelling on negatives.  Buck the trend.  Be a pioneer.  Dwell on positives.  And watch your emotions soar.  When that happens, watch for good things to happen, for they will.

Believe in Turtles

The Secret is this: That life is all in your control.  The universe gives you what you ask of it.  The reason you don't see it is because you don't believe it, and the reason you don't believe it is because you don't see it.  Talk about a vicious circle!  Try this circle instead: Believe it, see it, believe it, see it, believe it, see it and so on.  It works! Go on, give it a try.  Start with something small.  Believe you'll see a turtle this week.  Really believe it.  Let me know your results.

Be Joyful

Be joyous in all that you do.  Even if what you are doing is sitting at a desk crunching numbers.  Celebrate your life.  Be grateful for that which you have.  Be grateful that you have numbers to crunch, files to files, emails to respond to, phones to answer.  Be joyous.  Take stock of what you have for many others do not have what you have.  Be appreciate of all the love in your life.  Be thankful for your friends, your family, your partner, you kids, your neighbours.  Anyone who makes you smile.  Bless them and be thankful that they are in your life.  The more you focus on what's good, the more that's good will make itself obvious.  The more that's good will appear over and over again your life.  Do not sweat the small stuff,  celebrate it!  Be thankful and give thanks.  You will reap so may benefits,  I promise!

Thinking of that which makes you happy.

These things called thoughts are just that: things.  They are real. As real as you are sitting there right now reading this.  So, your thoughts are real. What now?  Tend to them.  Keep them positive.  Try to think about something that makes your heart glow.  Is it a person, or place, or memory?  Anything that puts a smile on your face.  Think of it now.  And feel the smile grow.  Doesn't that feel better?

Quite a long time ago, the universe got itself together and decided to create a world of relativity.  That world is here and now. The way to navigate it is to understand the laws that govern it.  This site is devoted to the Law of Attraction.  That which you think about, becomes your reality.  The universe gives you what you spend your time thinking about.  So, then, why not think good thoughts?  They will give you a much better life than negative thoughts.  Is it really that much of a chore to make yourself happy?  It doesn't need to be, and if you think it does, then it will be.  So think again my friend.

Be Happy

All you have to do is be happy.  Is that really so hard?  All that it takes is a little determination and a little willpower.  Start off every day by thinking about someone or something that makes you happy.  Maybe it's a joke, maybe it's a funny movie, maybe it's a person.  But think about it.  Get yourself in a good mood.  It is so worth it, you will be amazed, and you will believe your eyes!

These things that people worry about...they are causing their own downfall through worry.  Thought precedes reality.  Attract to yourself that which makes you happy. HAPPINESS is all that you need to be to get all that you want.  Remember this: Thoughts are real vibrations.  The universe receives them and replies in kind.  Your desires are there for you, waiting for you.  The universe loves you and wants you to be well, but cannot help but return to you that which you are thinking of.  Don't blame i, for it cannot help itself.  That is Law.  Retinker your own thoughts.  Watch the results.  Be amazed.  Go on, I dare you.
