Day 19: I am still trying (and sometimes being very successful) at monitoring my thoughts and intentionally pivoting them when they stray to the negative. Although I've said I'm paying more attention now, it's not always easy and sometimes bad habits pop up. Hey, I'm human. Doesn't it take 21 days for a new habit to form?
